My Pak Saudara kembali ke Rahmatullah

Salam..

Last saturday ( 3 May 2008, 12:50 p.m), i had received 1 call from my younger sister who visited my Pak Saudara at Hospital Kuala Trg.

The news was my pak saudara was passed away peacefully...Innalillah..

To share, he was 1 of the participant who committed to go to Mecca to perform the umrah on 23 May 2008 at 1700 take off.

ALLAH s.w.t loves him so He chose my Pak Saudara to meet him more earlier than all of us.

We pray ALLAH s.w.t gives His love and care my Pak Saudara in the others world...

I personally wish my Mak saudara who also not able to join our group to perform the Umrah this time because she is in Iddah ( 4 Months 10 days). Condolence to her and her family.

To write down here is the dramtaic story occurred here was because my ayah saudara was gone forever while all his cucu, anak & etc surrounding his bed! The sudden lost occurred when he still able to recognise and speak with the guest who visited him..then tup..tup suddently not later than within 5 minutes period, Malaikat Maut has taken his soul!! That's why made others who witnessed the situation so shocked and felt so unbelievable!....Moga ALLAH s.w.t memasukkannya kedalam golongan Hamba2Nya yg soleh kerana akhir hayat Pak Saudara Ana dia selalu memikirkan hasratnya utk pergi mengerjakan ibadat Umrah...

Labbaikallah hummalabaik...
ALLAH HUAKHBAR..

To relax & calm yourself....in this hectic world!!

I'm not necessarily the meditating type — sitting still and doing absolutely nothing is a personal form of torture for me. (I find this out every time I'm on vacation!) But I know I need to reconsider: Studies have shown that aside from reducing stress and boosting mood, meditation can ease chronic pain and improve your immune system. You don't have to spend hours on end to become calmer, either.

Try these simple, quick ways to savor the moment. No "Om" required!

In the showerFace the water, letting it cascade onto your head. Take three deep, slow breaths. Pay attention to the sensation of the spray, the smell of your soap and shampoo, and the sound of water hitting the tub. Imagine you're bringing your troubles to your skin's surface and washing them away. Close your eyes and slowly repeat, "I feel refreshed," aloud three times, focusing on each word and savoring your serene, clean feeling before stepping out.

At your deskClose your eyes and take five deep, relaxing breaths, emphasizing the exhale. Try this visualization technique, which I learned in sports: Consider the task you're about to tackle. Call to mind a talent of yours (creativity, diligence, enthusiasm) that will be key to succeeding at the task. Evaluating your resources will help you marshal your efforts and succeed. Before you open your eyes and get started, envision the assignment completed and done well. It will be soon!

While walkingBefore you set out (sans iPod and cell phone), straighten up and tuck your tummy and your rear end in to feel taller. Walk slowly, focusing on each body part in isolation. First tune in to your knees as each one bends and raises, then your hips as they shift and rotate, and next the heel and ball of your foot as it meets the ground. Then focus on your arms next as they pump, then your neck, which is elongated. Pay attention to your stride for at least 10 minutes. By reconnecting to your body, you'll arrive revived. Another great way to be mindful while you exercise is through yoga — take our "Find Your Yoga Style" quiz to figure out which kind compliments your lifestyle best.

On your commute Raise your eyebrows and hold for a count of three. Let it go and take a deep breath. Do this twice. (Don't worry, the wrinkles won't stay!) Repeat with each body part, tensing and relaxing your shoulders, your arms, moving downward along your body. Sit quietly, noticing how relaxed your muscles — and mind — feel when you're through. Relaxed muscles require less oxygen, so your breathing will slow and your heart rate and blood pressure will also decline. As your body falls naturally into a state of calm, your mood will follow suit.

To perform Umrah..

Salam...

Insyallah we will be performing Umrah in 23 May ( while 2 weks school holiday break ).
We use the Andalusia package umrah.

I called Ustaz Daud Cik Ngah because to check with him below matter:

1.0 How my daughter ( 8 years old girl) who still not baligh yet will perform the Umrah. The answer is i need to berniat on behalf herself. Then, she need to obey all pantang larang ihram. So she also need to perform all ibadat umrah as usual such as :
a) To perform tawaf 7 times
b) To perform Sai between Bukit Marwah & Safa for 7 times
c) To perform the Tahlul
d) Tertib

*Note: While perform the Sai, i should not to carry herself because she need to do it by herself. She need to understand that is one of the jihad !!!The worst case, i need to rent the kerusi roda in case she doesn't energy!

2.0 While at Mekah, do we need to take a special Wuduk (Air Solat) in case we want to adhere and apply if we touch the not muhrim ( man and woman) so our wuduk is still valid. The answer is NO need to take a special wuduk. Only apply what while at Masjidil Haram so automaytically if we accidently touch the others women without desire so our Wuduk still valid and available. Then, we not need to renew the wuduk.

*Note: According to Ustaz Daud, this special arrangement ( No Batal wuduk while touch the others women) is not valid and can be applied while we at Madinah!!

2.0
*Note: Doakan all task ..
