My Dummy Wood Man

Salam...

I would like to share my latest dummy wood man photo.





Alhjamdulillah I feel good and escantsy when i can practise by punching and kicking that my sparring partner!
The special of my Gerak Pukul Lian Yunan is i need to practice my "buah pukul" by using this wood man.

For your information, the cost to build that wood man is RM 500:00..
