The Law of Cause and Effect

Salam...

I would like to share with you regarding the linking between attitude.

There are two types of people in our world, the active and the passive. Only about 10 percent of people are proactive and although they are very much in the minority, they are the movers and shakers in every field.

They are the people who take their lives in to their own hands and make things happen. And a great things happen to them because they act on every opportunity that comes their way.

A great idea is worthless unless you act on it immediately. A measure of success is how fast you can develop and implement that idea a reality.

1. The law of Cause and Effect explains that for every action there is an equal or opposite reaction. Therefore, nothing happens by chance. Use this law in developing your action plan. Choose actions that will surely or most probably produce the result you desire.

2. If you don't achieve that result, accept that your actions were not alignment with that result. Review your past actions and make necessary changes what will produce the ersult you desire.

Good luck in all of our future life to face the uncertainty of world economy!!!

Thank you..

To be a better Man

Salam...

I always challenge myself that even my old past generation was not from the ulama@Kiai@Wali but i will do my best to be the good human beings.

I can recall that not much the relegion knowledge we could acquire if we depend only the formal school system.

Also i cannot blame my parents with the limited knowledge of Islam in my mind.

Therefore, what is my choice for the better change?

1. With hard work, i must discipline myself to learn and acquire a new knowledge especially relating with Islam. In Islam has so many area which i need to learn sich as Fiqh, Fardu Ain, Tasawuf and etc.

The important is we must take the first step to learn as much as possible this type of knowldge. The reason in this world, nobody will pity and sympthy to you if you don't know about that knowledge.

One day, we will be facing the death in order to meet ALLAH s.w.t.

As a result, i must equip myself with necessary knowledge to face this present world.

I list down several step to get a relegious knowledge:
a) Learning by your ownself. This can be done by attending the ceramah majlis ilmu in mosque or by buying the CD from Ustaz.

b) By buying the religious book and read and try to undertand what is the lesson from that book.

c) By reading the Quran and Hadis book such as from Muslim and Iman Al-Bukhari. Try to understand what is the target ayat to be remembered and make a practice, practice till you can remember the ayat!

d) Please don't forget to pray and always doa to ALLAH s.w.t to help us in order to make our effort more easier during that learning process.

Thank you.

Tips to Retire and become a Millionaire..

Salam..

Below is one article which has a tips how we could manage our wealth/monies accordingly.

%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%

10 Steps to Retire a Millionaire

Having a million-dollar portfolio is a retirement dream for many people. Making that dream come true requires some serious effort. While success is never a sure thing, the 10 steps outlined below will go a long way toward helping you achieve your objective.

1. Set the Goal
Nobody plans to fail, but plenty of people fail to plan. It's a cliché, but it's true. "Plan" is the leading self-help advice from athletes, business moguls and everyday people who have achieved extraordinary goals.

2. Start Saving
If you don't save, you'll never reach your goal. As obvious as this might seems, far too many people never even start to save.

If your employer offers a 401(k) plan, enrolling in the plan is a great way to put your savings on autopilot.

Simply sign up for the plan and contributions will be automatically taken out of your paycheck, increasing your savings and decreasing your immediate tax liability.

If your employer offers to match your contributions up to a certain percentage, be sure to contribute enough to get the full match.

It's like getting a guaranteed return on your investment. Finding the cash to stash may be a challenge, particularly when you're young, but don't let that stop you from pursuing future riches.

3. Get Aggressive
Studies have shown that the majority of the returns generated by an investment are dictated by the asset-allocation decision.

If you are looking to grow your wealth over time, fixed-income investments aren't likely to get the job done, and inflation can take a big chunk out of your savings. Investing in equities entails more risk, but is also statistically likely to lead to greater returns.

For many of us, it's a risk we have to take if want to see our wealth grow. Asset-allocation strategies can help you learn how to make picking the right mix of securities the core of your investing strategy.

4. Prepare for Rainy Days
Part of long-term planning involves accepting the idea that setbacks will occur. If you are not prepared, these setbacks can put a stop to your savings efforts.

While you can't avoid all of the bumps in the road, you can prepare in advance to mitigate the damage they can do.

5. Save More
Your income should rise as time passes. You'll get raises, you'll change jobs, and maybe you'll get married and become a two-income family.

Every time more cash comes in to your pocket, you should increase the amount that you save. The key to reaching your goal as quickly as possible is to save as much as you can.

6. Watch Your Spending
Vacations, car, kids and all of life's other expenses take a big chunk out of your paycheck. To maximize your savings, you need to minimize your spending.

Buying a home you can afford and living a lifestyle that is below your means and not funded by credit cards are all necessities if you want to boost your savings.

7. Monitor Your Portfolio
There's no need to obsess over every movement of the Dow. Instead, check your portfolio once a year.

Rebalance your asset allocation to keep on track with your plan.

8. Max Out Your Options
Take advantage of every savings opportunity that comes your way. Make the maximum contribution to tax-deferred savings plans and then open up a taxable account too.

Don't let any chance to save get away.

9. Catch-Up Contributions
When you reach age50, you are eligible to increase contributions to tax-deferred savings plans. Take advantage of this opportunity!

10. Have Patience
"Get-rich-quick" schemes are usually just that - schemes. The power of compounding takes time, so invest early, invest often and accept that the road to riches is often long and slow.

With that in mind, the sooner you get started, the better your odds of achieving your goals.

The Reality Of Retirement
Retirement might seem far away, but it when it arrives nobody ever complains about having too much money. Some people even question whether a million dollars is enough.

That said, with lots of planning and discipline, you can reach your retirement goals and live a comfortable life after work.

Effective way to promote the ArtWork and Painting product

Salam...

Below is a few strategy which could be used to promote your product to outside world.

1. To use the existing popular web-site services such as ebay, lelong.com [ lower entry cost], Google Ad or Ebekal ( Pernec). Of course need to pay certain amount to that Company.

2. To create our own web-site. The free one we can use http://www.blogger.com or Google Sites services. The best part for Google Sites service is the owner could choose the suitable domain name such as http://www.ArtWork.com !! The fee for 1 year only RM 40:00.

3. To hire and engage the website consultant. The available Web hosting company like http://www.netbuilder.com.my . For sure they have the standard price and fee needs to be paid.

4. Etc...

1001 possibility...bykkan Doa, Munajat & zikir to ALLAH s.w.t..

I found 1 good article regarding what is possible event will be happening in this short period.

Praying if ALLAH s.w.t allows the change, so the smooth transition is made without lose any civilians life!!

The big question mark is bila peralihan kuasa nak dibuat?

The next 10 days akan menjadi very critical. It can go either way.

So you people can see that walaupun kita mempunyai jumlah MP yang cukup, namun ada beberapa prosedur dan perkara teknikal yang perlu diselesaikan dan di atasi. So itulah keadaannya sekarang.

Kiita mohon kepada ALLAH agar memberi perlindungan dan petunjuk serta kekuatan untuk melakukan yang terbaik untuk Islam, bangsa& negara.

fun!

Salam...

Hi All..

Below is i shared one "funny" article regarding the logic behind Government reason to arrest Teressa & others under ISA.

%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%

Such stupidity. Such utter stupidity.

Listen to this:

Home Minister Datuk Seri Syed Hamid Albar … said Tan was detained under Section 73(1) of the Act in order to ensure her safety as police intelligence indicated that there were threats to her life after she reported on Bukit Bendera division Umno chairman Datuk Ahmad Ismail’s allegedly racist remarks

“We have no intention of holding a reporter as after all she was just taking notes of the comments made by a certain party that led to a public debate.

“She maybe released as soon as today after police have obtained all information needed,” he said, adding that the reporter’s detention was part of the police preventive action. [The Star]

So to protect someone, you put him or her under preventive detention?

If you were so concerned with her safety, why not just send say, half a dozen policemen to protect her?

If you were so concerned with her safety, why not act on the so-called police intelligence and arrest the people who are threat to her life?

It’s not called preventive detention for nothing, innit?
Bodoh.

And here’s more kebodohan from Kodomo Lion:

Asked on the detention of Selangor senior executive councillor Teresa Kok, Syed Hamid said she was arrested due to her comments on mosques and the Azan recently.

”Her comments have created public disorder and problems,” he said.

In case Botak is having trouble remembering, let me remind him that it was Khir “Tempe” Toyo who made the allegations against her — allegations that later proved to be untrue.

Teresa Kok was merely defending herself.
So why arrest her?

Arrest Tempe instead, because he was the one shit-stirring.
Bodoooh, bodoh. Banganggnyaaaa......

THE BN GOVERNMENT has lost it’s mind. It has well and truly lost it.

It will lose the next general election hands down, no matter what happens after this.

So long, dudes, and thanks for all the laughs.!! :)

Wrong to learn english by enforcing the student to study it in Science and Mathematics subject!!

Salam Ramadhan...

I will give my comment regarding on aboved matter soon.

This issue is a policy issue. It is national issue. It is BIG issue because it is impacting all of our children! My daughter, your daughter and sons !

I will write in detail soon...

zainul@nst.com.my

Salam..

Dear Mr Zainul,

First and foremost I would like to share with you that I am not anti English language. I love and enjoy English language and I have been subscribing and read NST on daily basis since 1990 till nowadays.

I also want to see others people able to improve their English language particularly our young generation able to read, write and speak English language. Also at the same time i want our own national language which is Bahasa Melayu could be an integration tool among all Malaysians.

Your article under the subject title “Let parents decide on English policy” on last Wednesday, September 3, 2008 in New Straits Times newspaper is referred. My comment is I partially agreed with your suggestion to let the parents decided what is the best solution regarding on this policy.

As you aware that if we want to know about how to make a best roti canai, so you must refer it to Roti Canai specialist! What i understood from your point was you wanted to know about the Roti canai matter but you have asked and referred it to wrong party which is the car mechanic!

Therfore, I interested to share a few comment and article from expert or specialist regarding the policy to teach Science and Mathematics in English language.

(1) I believed your have read one article on Thursday, September 4, 2008 in NST at page 15 included the interview with Royal Professor Ungku Aziz (Pak Ungku). I impressed with the that subject heading title which stated as " Wrong to learn language this way"!

I extracted a few important points on that article:

(a) It is wrong to use subjects to teach English. This is the consensus of educationists on the deteriorating standard of the language among Malaysian students.

(b) Pak Ungku said : For people to learn the language properly, they must be taught grammar and syntax from the kindergarten, primary, secondary and even up to first year of university.

*Note : That points was said by Pak Ungku who is one of the best intellectual person in Malaysia. If you are not agreed and against with Pak Ungku points, i hope you could share your points in your next article!

(2) Comment by National Union of Heads of Schools President Pang Chong Leong also agreed with the argument AGAINST using English as the medium of instruction for Science and Mathematics.

The reason Science involves a lot of thinking while Mathematics does not use too much language and vocabulary. In addition, if the intention is to improve the pupils' English, then they should start with the ARTS subject such as moral studies and also INCREASE the number of English periods.

(3) According to National Union Teaching Profession (NUTP) Secretary-general Lok Yim Pheng, the NUTP also argued for young pupils to be taught the basics of English before it was used as the medium of instruction for Science and Mathematics.

"Pupils in Year 1 to 3 should be given thorough grounding in English before they are exposed to the concepts and terms in the two subjects ( Science and Mathematics ).

*Note : I believe you can't label and accuse that all above person ( Pak Ungku, Pang and Lok) is a politicians ...right! They are honest person who gave their opinion and suggestion for the best of our future generation.

To add I believe you have read today article ( September 7 , Sunday in NST ) regarding the study reveals policy's flaws.

According to the survey and research which was conducted by University Pendidikan Sultan Idris (UPSI) , professor Emeritus Datuk Isahak Haron who is the study leader and also he is a lecturer at the Faculty of Cognitive Science and Human Development said that the policy has failed to achieve its goals.

Therefore, if you read the article in details, you will notice how bad is the finding result from that survey!

*Note: Again if you argue and against about the about the finding results of that survey, or you argue about the method used to make a survey study, i glad you could share your opinion and suggestion in your article.

(3) I would like to share my personal experience about the correct technique to learn the English language.

In 1986 i took the SRP and 1988 the SPM exam. However in both examination, i obtained P7 grade for English! If you could recall, the P7 grade result is near to get a Fail grade which is F9! :)

God bless i still able to enter the Matriculation centre in Kulim whereby from that moment i studied by myself what is the best technique in order to learn English language.

I still remember during my year 2 in Matriculation i didn't know anything about the English grammar such as Present Tense, Future Tense, Past tense and etc. Till one moment when i was requested by one of my English teacher ( she was a Chinese female ) to give a short speech in front of my class.

I did my best to give a presentation but as expected i can give the 5% marks because i miserably failed to speak! Then, the turning point in my life started when that good English teacher said to me in that class which all my class mate witnessed it that i need to enter the STANDARD 1 back to learn English subject!

Yes. I admitted that I didn’t know English language. Then i promised to myself that whatever challenge i need to face, so by hook or by crook i need to master English language.

By formulating my own technique ( similar method like as what was suggested by Pak Ungku which is you need firstly to master the grammar and syntax of English ) , so step-by-step I tried to learn English.

I started with I had bought the English grammar book. I learnt by myself about the grammar such as how and when to use the Present Tense, Future Tense. Also how the Active and Passive statement could be built.

I noticed to learn language especially English required a lot of consistent effort and determination.

I also bought the NST newspaper on daily basis because it is not enough you know the grammar without you try to relate it with the real situation. Meaning when you read one sentence in NST article so what i did is i try to understand and relate what is the tenses which is used for that sentences!

In case you got a problem for instance you don't know what is the meaning of certain word so you must open the dictionary, It is okay whether you use the English-English dictionary or English-Bahasa. As long as you could know what is the meaning of the verb, so your objective is achieved....right!

I 100% support with the NST - Newspaper In Education (NIE) program. Through NIE program, the school is provided and supplied with the NST newspaper. The teacher also could participate in that NIE program whereby they could learn the best and correct technique how to use the material from NST newspaper in their classroom activity.

The studied and survey made by UiTM under graduates in Dungun found that this NST-NIE program is a successful method in order to improve the English among the students.

As a result, I hope you could seriously try to listen with what i am trying to share with you. I believe you are a professional who personally write your article without any political motive behind of you.

I wish to get your comment in your next article regarding on this matter. Hope you could respond it in a more positive manner!

In conclusion, we ( the Government and all parties) must admit that this policy is a failure and our present government have put our next future generation in unnecessary test-bed platform risk. Also damage has been greatly made and repair is required to be made as quickly as possible.

Hopefully our next future generation could forgive to what happen to them and not curse us for what happen to them later. First and foremost this current leadership must admit the failure of this policy and must bravely take a remedial effort as quickly as possible before it is too late!

Please do it for the best interest of our children and our young next generation!

Thank you.

At Factory Outlet you can find many items to be bought from the bag ( leather or not), shoes and etc. Actually in Bandung, the Factory Outlet concept has been introduced by changing the old house to be the shop house! personally i am not too prefer to buy that item because after i surveryed the quality is not up to my standards!! :)
But others friend bought a lot of things such as the baby clothes, shoes and etc.
Yes. The prices was reasonable if compare with the quality.

Kaa'bah Door Open!!

Salam..

One of my friend has performed Umrah in Makkah.

He captured several photo shot while the Kaabah Door is open.
For your record, its really rare to witness and see this kind of activity.

The reason, the kaabah door only open when some one special is coming to Makkah such as for this case it was visited by Agung of Malaysia ( Sultan Mizan) and Brunei King.

Both of them has entered and performed the prayer IN the Kaabah..

ALLAH HUAKHBAR..

Below was the stairs which was used to go to inside kaabah.

Actually they were waiting our Sultan Mizan (Malaysia Agong) and Sultan of Brunai to perform the prayer in the Kaabah!

*Note: (1) Prevention is better than cure.

Beware with the sweet talking Arab woman to borrow and use your h-phone!!

Aboved is an example of Uzbekistan woman.

Salam...Yesterday ( 29th July2008) I went to Lot 10 to settle personnel matters.

As usual, the area was crowded with Pak/Mak Arab tourist who stayed in hotels around this area.

Suddenly, one big tough, No tudung, mak arab ( I’m not sure of her nationality ) came and request to borrow my handset, cause she had no more credit on her phone.

She said, she needed to contact her friend urgently. Thinking that she needed my help badly, furthermore she is a tourist, I gave my Nokia N110 series hand phone for her to use.

Her first call was not successful. Then I offered my help to dial the number. I noticed that the number she dialed was like a short code number. Initially, I did not suspect anything. Then, she tried again and the call was successfully connected.

As usual, I assumed it would be a short call but then, I suspected something was not right when she had exceeded 3 minutes time call duration! I tried to be nice by giving her a non-verbal body language sign for her to stop, but she refused to stop the conversation.

After 5 minutes, she tested my patience to the limit. I decided to grab the phone forcefully from her hand. That was the only way I could make her stop! There were so many people around, and I don’t want to be seen as the ‘bad’ person, but she is way too much and I was prepared to fight till the last drop of my blood!

I scolded her but she just walked away with a smile on her face! I noticed afterwards that she went to seek for her next victim and start all over again!!! Wowww! If I had not experienced this myself, I would not believe such thing happen.

Today, I managed to check with the network operator and this is what I found out.

She had made an International Call to Uzbekistan and the number was +998669385599 !! She talked for about 6 minutes.

The rate is RM2.39 per minutes, so, roughly, she had used RM14.34 of my credit!

Lessons to be learnt:
If ANYBODY tries to get your help to use your phone, it is okay to assist him/her, but you must dial the number yourself! Don't ever give your hand phone to be dialed by that person!

Thank you.

Wassalam.

Scam to steal your monies by using the FOREX - Matawang investment

Salam..

Be careful with the FOREX-Matawang investment scam!!

I will do my best in my jurisdiction to expose how their trick to steal your monies by using the investment technique!

*Note: I just lodged the report to Kementerian Dalam Negeri & Hal Ehwal Pengguna .

Also, i called the Police to get his advice what action we need to do in order to report this matter.

Probably i need to lodge a report to Pusat Pengaduan MCA or Newspaper (Metro@Kosmo) in order to get the wide publisity. As a result the public to be informed with this new scam besides the old way by using the Gores & Menang!

This scam must be exposed to malaysia people because so many innocent people has been their victim. The loss is so much because its involve the minies minimum RM 150, 000.00 till million !

Pity to whom already lost his/her monies. But for those who still not be a victim, please be careful and always remind others!!

I wish this culprit who their modus operandi behind the Investment business to be caught and sentenced with heavy punishment!

Adik Nurin Jazlin Story

Salam..

Adik Nurin Jazlin. One small kid who has met ALLAH s.w.t..

Al-Fatihah ...

As a result, i dedicate this story in my personnel blog.
Hopefully with our Doa and ikhtiar, one day the justice will be prevailed. If not in this world, in the here after. AMIN..
Al-Fatihah again buat Adik Nurin & semua muslimin & muslimat...
For sure, we all will be following Adik Nurin sooner or later... :)
*Note: Setiap yang bernyawa PASTI akan menemui kematian...

This small kid has no sin@dosa. Therefore, i believe currently she is happy to wait for the final judgement day at padang masyhar. Insyallah she will be entering Syurga together with all shuhada and syahid.

What is the motive behind this inhumane act! Just ALLAH s.w.t knows...

I believe presently the psycho murderer still free and he still can eat, walk, sleep and mix with others people surrounding him..Laughing, crying, feel tered, hungry, sad..in another words that ANIMAL is a normal human beings. Probably he is sick. But his sick ( mental or whatsoever sick..) not permit and allow him to torture and kill Adik Nurin..Probably that murderer also active and participated in the demo to protest the increase of fuel hike!!

For your information, i did my best to help the police party in order to trace the suspect who may involve to touture and kill Adik Nurin. I have contacted the officer in-charge ( ins Loh ) for Adik Nurin case but personally i felt so dissapointed regarding her attitude.

I mean that police officer not 110 % want to resolve this case. I am not shock with her nattitude because Adik Nurin not her sister! Here, I am questioned her attitude who not gave me a chance to meet her personally in order to discuss and hopefully during the brain-storming session, we able to find the best strategy to resolve this case.
*Note: I assume probably she has so many others case to be investigated..Then here i question the efficiency and effectiveness of how the police handle this case...this case supposedly could be one of top first priority and high profile case...however due to it is only involve just ordinary people of Malaysia so looks like no priority and urgency was given! I guess! Compare with the Saudara Anwar case like the speed of light they want the case to be resolved...

I volunterily offered myself to go to Bukit Aman in order to meet and help the police officer. But the sad part was my offer was not entertained.

However, I still manage to come up with below step. This is after i discussed and got the opinion from my friend who is ex Maxis. the area affected was Mediation - CDR and also the Fraud department.

By following the below step, hopefully God willing we are closing to catch the suspect:

Mission Objective : To trace and identify the Nurin Jazlin’s beg carrier Mobile Phone Number.

Step # 1: (CCTV)

Step # 1.a => Check and get CCTV Start Time ( A) and CCTV End Time (B). This probably need to include +- buffer time ( say it 5 minutes) because the CCTV time probably not too accurate.

Step # 1.b => Obtain CCTV Total long duration hours ( X ) [ in seconds!]. X=B (-) A.

Step # 2: ( Telecomunication information)

Step # 2.a Firstly, get information on CELL ID surrounding that area from each Telco. (the nearest CELL ID area at kedai sukan whereby the Nurrin’s body was found)

Step # 2.b Get list of readable CDR report ( CDR Report # A) that match with the CELL ID and TIME GIVEN ( Step # 1.a ) from each telco

Step # 2.c The CDR report # B is produced by using the CDR report # A . The query is made by filtering and checking with CCTV long duration hours ( Step # 1.b)

- Furthermore, from the CDR report # B, the police could identify what is the mobile phone number for the man who carry the beg which has Adik Nurin’s body by screening and filtering the A# and B#

- Get profile for A# and B# from respective telco base on that date.

- Also, the history of the suspected profile could be found in the billing system regardless he/she is the Post or Pre paid customer. Thus, the further analysis could be made by checking the SMS system or others pattern .

- End result :- list of person who made a call during that time and place and investigation can start from it.

*Note :

i) : From CCTV, we saw how the man who talked through his hand phone while he carried the beg which has adik Nurin’s body. Therefore, we can get enough information by checking at Call Detail Records (CDR) information.

ii) In telecommunication industry, has a term which is called as Global System Mobile (GSM) Cell ID. Cell ID is the smallest unit in the GSM technology

For Adik Nurin’s case, we knew the area where the phone call was made. So, just need to check and confirm with Telco operator (Maxis, Celcom and Digi) what is the CELL ID for Rumah kedai which adik nurin’s body was found. For instance, the CELL ID for rumah kedai is configured as 1112.

iii) In Telco process when the phone call is made so two parties are involved. The Caller ( A Number) is the person who make a call. The Recipient ( B Number) is the person who receive the call.

As a result, at Telco operator switch ( switch is the Maxis/Celcom/Digi system ) side, the Call Details Records ( CDR) which carry the phone number for A Number and B Number will be captured by switch in order its to be billed to mobile customer.

For your information, below is the common field types for CDR description:

1. User identify ( i.e., Mobile telephone number)
2. Network identity ( system identification number)
3. Terminal or mobile unit identity (electronic serial number)
4. Calling party telephone number (mobile)
5. called party telephone number (Mobile)
6. Start time or time of initiation of trigger event
7. End time
8. Call duration
9. Call record type
10. Serving cell site

iv) To execute and produce the above step/report need to get all Telco operator (Maxis/Digi/Celcom) billing department help.

v) : For your information, the government through MCMC has implemented the policy that all the CDR information must be stored for 7 years by Mobile Telco operator. Therefore, no issue for Maxis/Digi/Celcom said to provide the police with all complete report.
*Personnal note :
Meanwhile, I would like to challenge all police officer in Malaysia. If you claim and say that you are professional and one of the best team, please catch the Adik Nurin murderer. Please don't ever proudly say you are one of the effecient team force if you unable to catch that murderer!

Otherwise, please prove that my above statement is wrong!

My Pak Saudara kembali ke Rahmatullah

Salam..

Last saturday ( 3 May 2008, 12:50 p.m), i had received 1 call from my younger sister who visited my Pak Saudara at Hospital Kuala Trg.

The news was my pak saudara was passed away peacefully...Innalillah..

To share, he was 1 of the participant who committed to go to Mecca to perform the umrah on 23 May 2008 at 1700 take off.

ALLAH s.w.t loves him so He chose my Pak Saudara to meet him more earlier than all of us.

We pray ALLAH s.w.t gives His love and care my Pak Saudara in the others world...

I personally wish my Mak saudara who also not able to join our group to perform the Umrah this time because she is in Iddah ( 4 Months 10 days). Condolence to her and her family.

To write down here is the dramtaic story occurred here was because my ayah saudara was gone forever while all his cucu, anak & etc surrounding his bed! The sudden lost occurred when he still able to recognise and speak with the guest who visited him..then tup..tup suddently not later than within 5 minutes period, Malaikat Maut has taken his soul!! That's why made others who witnessed the situation so shocked and felt so unbelievable!....Moga ALLAH s.w.t memasukkannya kedalam golongan Hamba2Nya yg soleh kerana akhir hayat Pak Saudara Ana dia selalu memikirkan hasratnya utk pergi mengerjakan ibadat Umrah...

Labbaikallah hummalabaik...

To relax & calm yourself....in this hectic world!!

I'm not necessarily the meditating type — sitting still and doing absolutely nothing is a personal form of torture for me. (I find this out every time I'm on vacation!) But I know I need to reconsider: Studies have shown that aside from reducing stress and boosting mood, meditation can ease chronic pain and improve your immune system. You don't have to spend hours on end to become calmer, either.

Try these simple, quick ways to savor the moment. No "Om" required!

In the showerFace the water, letting it cascade onto your head. Take three deep, slow breaths. Pay attention to the sensation of the spray, the smell of your soap and shampoo, and the sound of water hitting the tub. Imagine you're bringing your troubles to your skin's surface and washing them away. Close your eyes and slowly repeat, "I feel refreshed," aloud three times, focusing on each word and savoring your serene, clean feeling before stepping out.

At your deskClose your eyes and take five deep, relaxing breaths, emphasizing the exhale. Try this visualization technique, which I learned in sports: Consider the task you're about to tackle. Call to mind a talent of yours (creativity, diligence, enthusiasm) that will be key to succeeding at the task. Evaluating your resources will help you marshal your efforts and succeed. Before you open your eyes and get started, envision the assignment completed and done well. It will be soon!

While walkingBefore you set out (sans iPod and cell phone), straighten up and tuck your tummy and your rear end in to feel taller. Walk slowly, focusing on each body part in isolation. First tune in to your knees as each one bends and raises, then your hips as they shift and rotate, and next the heel and ball of your foot as it meets the ground. Then focus on your arms next as they pump, then your neck, which is elongated. Pay attention to your stride for at least 10 minutes. By reconnecting to your body, you'll arrive revived. Another great way to be mindful while you exercise is through yoga — take our "Find Your Yoga Style" quiz to figure out which kind compliments your lifestyle best.

On your commute Raise your eyebrows and hold for a count of three. Let it go and take a deep breath. Do this twice. (Don't worry, the wrinkles won't stay!) Repeat with each body part, tensing and relaxing your shoulders, your arms, moving downward along your body. Sit quietly, noticing how relaxed your muscles — and mind — feel when you're through. Relaxed muscles require less oxygen, so your breathing will slow and your heart rate and blood pressure will also decline. As your body falls naturally into a state of calm, your mood will follow suit.

To perform Umrah..

Salam...

Insyallah we will be performing Umrah in 23 May ( while 2 weks school holiday break ).
We use the Andalusia package umrah.

I called Ustaz Daud Cik Ngah because to check with him below matter:

1.0 How my daughter ( 8 years old girl) who still not baligh yet will perform the Umrah. The answer is i need to berniat on behalf herself. Then, she need to obey all pantang larang ihram. So she also need to perform all ibadat umrah as usual such as :
a) To perform tawaf 7 times
b) To perform Sai between Bukit Marwah & Safa for 7 times
c) To perform the Tahlul
d) Tertib

*Note: While perform the Sai, i should not to carry herself because she need to do it by herself. She need to understand that is one of the jihad !!!The worst case, i need to rent the kerusi roda in case she doesn't energy!

2.0 While at Mekah, do we need to take a special Wuduk (Air Solat) in case we want to adhere and apply if we touch the not muhrim ( man and woman) so our wuduk is still valid. The answer is NO need to take a special wuduk. Only apply what while at Masjidil Haram so automaytically if we accidently touch the others women without desire so our Wuduk still valid and available. Then, we not need to renew the wuduk.

*Note: According to Ustaz Daud, this special arrangement ( No Batal wuduk while touch the others women) is not valid and can be applied while we at Madinah!!

2.0
*Note: Doakan all task ..
