Secret of GPLY self defence


Salam..

Alhamdulillah i learnt a new several "secret" techniques.

1.0 By using your forearm, you quickly moving and "twist" your hand which will be resulting you can use it as blocking or attacking sumultaneously. That is the "secret" weapon!

2.0 By moving and entering your body ( with your both legs not moving! ), you are using your forearm to launch an attack to your opponent's chest area!

3.0 By moving and entering your body ( with you use 1 leg to enter and face your enemy), you launching the attack to your enemy's chest area by using your forearm !At the same time, you can use your leg and knee area to hit your enemy's thigh's or penis/vagina or groin's area!

4.0 One most painful area which we could hit is the area below our breast's area! For your information that area is having soft bones structure! Also, you can give a punch and hit to others dangerous area such as the ear and eye and neck's area.

5.0 Also by using our both elbow, we could launch the deadly strike to our opponent! By using elbow technique, has 9 basic steps! If you in the close range combat, it is good we use both our elbow and knee combination!

6.0 "Measuring the Distance" is one of the most important and crucial techniques we need to familiar. Meaning the GPLY student need to know how to avoid the opponent's punch or kick.

By standing at same place, you just using your body to avoid the attack! Also, by using your both hand to prevent your enemy from launching the attack!

By moving your body and 1 leg simultaneously, you easily can avoid the attack from your enemy!

7.0 By using your foot, we launch a kick to our opponent's leg/foot/knee area!

8.0 By using the knee, we launch the attack to our opponent's right leg and concurrently by using that same leg which we launching the knee's attack, we kick left leg of our enemy!


All those above mentioned step only can be understood if i show you in demo! :)
