Salam,
Today alhamdulillah a have learnt a new technique as below :
(1) Sendeng duduk
Dengan kedudukan posisi buah 1, kita merendahkan kaki kita dengan kaki yang di hadapan adalah ringan manakala kaki di bahagian belakang 75 % berat.
Dengan kedudukan ini, kita akan melancarkan serangan secara menyendeng ke arah musuh dengan menendang bahagian penyawa atau kaki musuh!
(2) Selisih
Kaedah dan teknik ini amat berkesan untuk melumpuhkan serangan musuh dengan membuat musuh akan terpelanting jatuh ke belakang.
Kedudukan musuh menyerang dengan menumbuk dengan bahagian kanan tangan & kaki. Kita akan terus masuk seperti berselisih dengan musuh. Manakala dengan menggunakan bahagian siku sisi kanan kita akan terus menyerang dengan mengena bahagian rusuk musuh di sebelah kanan
(3) Cucuk mata musuh dengan gunakan Anak Jari kelingking. Manakala Ibu Jari kita sebagai senjata untuk mencucuk bahagian lembut musuh seperti serangan di buat ke bahagian lemut iaitu hempedu musuh ( ulu hati iaitu di bahagian ulu hati serta bahagian 2 tulang rusuk musuh. Juga serangan Ibu Jari terus hunggap ke bahagian leher/kerongkong musuh.
(4) Teknik Silang. Kaedah ini sangat berkesan untuk memerangkap dengan membuat musuh jatuh & musuh memberi ruang untuk kita menyerang ke kawasan bahaya seperti di rusuk! Bila mana musuh masuk & menyerang guna tangan kanan, kita akan MASUK iaitu dengan gunakan tangan kanan kita berSILANG dengan tangan kanan musuh. manakala, dengan gerakkan kaki+tubuh kita, mata musuh sepatutnya akan ditutupi oleh bahagian bahu musuh sendiri! Manakala bahagian rusuk kanan musuh akan terbuka luas kepada kita untuk melancarkan serangan tumbukkan!
(5) Teknik sendeng + Tekan. Dengan musuh menyerang menggunakan sisi kanan (tangan & kaki), tangan kanan kita akan mencari dan meNEKAN bahagian siku ke atas musuh. Sambil kita masuk dengan menyendeng dengan mengenakan bahagian kanan siku kita ke bahagian sisi dada/muka musuh. Serentak bahagian kaki kita akan mem"buka" kaki musuh yang akan mengakibatkan musuh tidak stabil!
(6) Teknik latihan Siku. Dengan menggunakan "Orang Kayu", kita akan memukul bahagian tertentu musuh dengan menggunakan ke dua dua siku kanan dan kiri kita. Ada 11 langkah!
(7) Teknik Silang Ultraman (Atas). Teknik ini di gunakan untuk menghadapi musuh yang menggunakan parang@pisau. Teknik Silang Ultraman (Bawah) pula digunakan untuk mematahkan serangan musuh yang menggunakan kaki seperti Tae Kwan Do.
(8) Teknik Limbang Viper. Teknik ini adalah lembut ( seperti gerakkan Tai Chi ) yang mana ke dua dua tangan kita akan bergerak & berpusing seperti pusingan jam atau berlawan arah jam.
Jika musuh menyerang dengan menggunakan bahagian kanan tangan, maka kita akan bertindak dengan meNEKAN tangan kanan musuh dengan menggunakan tangan kiri kita. Di usuli dengan jika musuh berterusan menyerang lagi dengan tangan kirinya maka dengan gunakan tangan kanan kita untuk memaut ke bahagian atas siku kiri musuh untuk membuat musuh "inbalance". Kedudukan musuh sekarang yang terbuka akan memberi ruang kepada kita untuk melancarkan serangan MAUT ke bahagian tulung rusuk musuh yang terbuka luas!
(9) Teknik Silang Mudah. Musuh melancarkan serangan di baghagian sebelah kanan. Maka, kita akan masuk dengan menggunakan tangan kiri kita untuk memaut ke bahagian atas siku kanan musuh dengan menolak musuh ke belakang. Manakala kaki kanan (kiri) kita akan mencari kaki musuh untuk menyebabkan kedudukan musuh adalah tidak stabil.
(10) Teknik Silang Bahu. Teknik ini berkesan untuk membuat musuh tidak stabil. Bilamana musuh masuk & menyerang dengan menggunakan sisi kanan tangan & kaki, maka kita akan masuk dengan dengan menggunakan bahagian bahu kanan dengan mengangkat/menyentuh bahagian bahu kanan musuh. Manakala, peranan kaki adalah penting untuk mengakibatkan musuh tidak stabil. Ini mengakibatkan musuh akan memberi ruang iaitu di bahagian rusuk kanannya kepada kita untuk melancarkan serangan maut!
(11) Teknik Bahu+lengan Tomoi Siam. Teknik ini penting untuk mengaktif dan menghidupkan bahagian ini.

Sendeng Tari & Sendeng Tangan
Salam,
Since last week i have learnt a new technique which was called as Sendeng Tari and Sendeng Tangan.
For Sendeng Tari technique, your opponent attacks you by launching the punch by using his/her right (left) leg and hand. We will use our right (left) hand to "angkat" our opponent's arm. At the same time by using our left hand to launch a strike at our opponent's leher. Simultaneously we use or left leg to divert our opponent's leg!
As a result, our enemy should fall down at our lutut!Then we launch the "killing" strike !
For Sendang tangan, the step is more straigt forward. Similar like Sendeng Tari but we use our left hand to "pull" our opponent's left shoulder. Simultaneoulsy, our right hand is pulling our opponent's left leg/knee!Also, our left leg will be causing the opponent's inbalance.!
Technique Masuk Sendeng whereby by using our left (right) elbow and leg strikes to our opponent's chest or others weaknesses point!

Double elbow
Salam...
Alhamdulillah today i learnt a new technique from my Cifu.
1. Technique to escape when someone grab you from behind. By using your right elbow you closely take your opponent's arm and give a single strike at his/her face/chest with your elbow.
Then, you continue by attacking your opponent by using your left elbow to your opponent's face/chest!
2. By using your right elbow , you hit your opponent's arm and the same elbow will strike and hit your opponent's face/chest. At the same time, the left hand will give a powerful punch to penyawa musuh area when your right hand will be used to make a cover/block just in case your enemy want to launch the attack.
Simultaneously, your right leg will play its role to make your opponent's inbalance.
3. Technique to bring down your opponent. When your opponent attacks you by using his/her right hand, then we will enter from our right side ( outside )towards to the opponent's right side leg. Then by using our right arm we enter and strike hard straight at our opponent's neck area. Then, our left arm will protect our body ( face & others) from to be attacked by opponent. At the same time, our right leg will divert the opponent's leg to make him/her inbalance.
4. Technique by attacking and hitting ( pijak )the opponent's leg.
5. Technique if our opponent punchs/strikes below our chest, we need to apply the buah 5 style.
6. Technique if our opponent punch/strike above our chest area ( face ) then we need to apply the technique to divert the opponent's arm higher in order we want to eat more!
7. Technique if our opponent's suddenly attack us at right side, then we simplify by using our right knee, give 1 powerful knee strike to our opponent's stomach or penyawa area!
8. Technique if we terlepas from our mad opponent, then we simplify can use our leg area ( tumit) to give one hard strike to her/his betis.
9. Technique by hitting the opponent's ear!
10. Technique by using our bahu, we attack and strike our opponent by using the combination of our both hand which is combined closely to neck or chest area!
11. Technique "bidasan rotan"...Our arm will hit our opponent's face or penyawa like the bidasan rotan.
12. Technique "masuk sendeng/ketam ". By using this technique we launching the attack by using our either right/left elbow. If we use our LEFT elbow so we also need to use our LEFT leg to enter to our opponent's body. By using our elbow, we strike at our opponent's chest area. Simultaneously the same hand will hit the penyawa area and later the elbow will hit the dagu part! Then we use our leg to make our opponent's inbalance and we continue with others hit by using the knee & etc till our opponent can't wake up anymore.
Below is one philosophy which i obtained from my Cifu.
